While the core of the school program is delivered through full time employees of O.M.A, there is ample opportunity to volunteer time in specific projects that will aid teachers in school as well as provide support to the administrative staff in office.

We depend on Volunteers to provide exposure to the world for the O.M.A children. This is the case for both Indian and International volunteers. The diversity of the volunteers in terms of culture, race, age, education, occupation provides the children with invaluable life experiences. They become children of the world.

Most importantly volunteers provide our children with positive role models to aspire, that they lack sometimes because of the backgrounds they come from.

Volunteers can also help in multiple programs including the reading program helping children improve their diction, the writing program helping children articulate themselves better in written English, the innovation program helping teachers use alternate teaching techniques and resources in the classroom and also helping teachers contextualize keys skills required in adult life such as communication and team work.

We would be delighted to hear from you.

The development program objectives are to foster excellence, variety, freedom of access and independence in our teaching and learning processes. Specifically contributions will:

Reduce fees for those with need

In order to remain a school of all the talents, O.M.A would like to be able to take more children here irrespective of the family's means.

Improve and conserve O.M.A's school premises

O.M.A's excellence depends on the variety as well as the quality of what it provides. The school wishes to offer the best classroom, sports and arts facilities to students.

3 libraries house collections of international importance that would be well-used by both students and by teachers. The school needs financial support to maintain and enhance this important resource appropriately.

Support good teaching

O.M.A is committed to providing the highest quality teaching over a broad range of subject. The development fund seeks to endow teaching positions and subject areas.

Other than academics, at O.M.A we encourage students to excel in the arts as well as sports. We would like endow both these departments to train their students to achieve their ultimate potential.

If you would like to make a contribution to the campaign, please contact us trustees@omaschool.in

Given that we provide a large number of scholarships at O.M.A, we need to raise funds to manage our operational costs as well as infrastructure costs.

We recognize that by choosing to donate, you are investing in a process of transformation that a child at O.M.A will go through. More importantly you are investing in a "leadership model" that has the possibility of changing the very way we educate the under privileged in our country.

Because we fully manage our schools, we have control over not only how your investment is used but also the ability to measure the impact that your contribution is making. We will send you quarterly updates on how the school is progressing and how your investment and trust is helping that process

Follow the links below to browse giving opportunities that touch every part of the school. Wherever you direct your gift - to scholarships, teaching, collections, buildings or sport - your gift will have lasting impact. In each instance O.M.A is pleased to discuss naming and recognition with donors.

To make it easy for you to decide on how you would like to invest, we have provided you with various options built around the various elements of the O.M.A model.
